Alex. 24. Pescetarian.


Told you guys I’d try and post tonight! So anywho - what I ate today. For breakfast, I had an egg in a frame, and forgot to take a picture, I was gonna try and take a picture of everything, but yeah that didn’t happen. With breakfast I also had a cup of coffee. Then after math class at school, I went to gym. 70 minutes! On the treadmill, walking with little bursts of running, then that rowing machine for 10 minutes, then to the elliptical for 25. The elliptical burns so many calories, too! This week is the first I’ve ever used one before. It’s amazing! I feel so sore all over.
Thennn for dinner, I had like 3 slices of vegetarian pizza hut pizza. >_> I was treating myself since I like never eat lunch, and ‘cause I lost all that weight, and it ain’t coming back! :O

Pretty stoked, preeee’ stoked. ;D My weight is going down again, not stopping, thank goodness. Yay for exercising again on a regular basis, lol.



Ok, so I came on to here, losing a bunch of followers, understandably. >_> Apologies for my sporadic activity.  I think that’s the right word..

BUT - tomorrow, I’m actually gonna do my weigh day, and *maybe* I’ll start writing out my days again, hopefully. So yeah, sorry. And if you want to unfollow me, that’s cool beans.

01.28.11 // Weigh Day Week #62:

So I gained .2 pounds this week, but I think it was because of bloating, because my period started yesterday. -_- Always gotsta ruin everything. Annnnnnd the reason I didn’t post this on Friday or yesterday is ‘cause I went to Portland over the weekend. :D Lots of interesting eats, anddd so on and so forth. So I didn’t really have time to post my weigh in. I should have posted what I ate and taken pictures, but I was dumb and didn’t think of it! :( I think next week though my weight will be back down again, as I have definitely not been slacking on my exercise and shit, man. Seriously I hate periods, they gotta make everything incorrect and stupid. Oh well. I needa do my homework for Sociology, so maybe later tonight I’ll tell you some of the stuff I had over the weekend in Portland. :)

So I was being a total dumbass yesterday when I said that today is my weighday rofl. For some reason I was thinking today was Friday. But anyways, tomorrow actually is weighday.

So today, for breakfast I had one slice of a bagel, with cream cheese, sprouts, and tomato, along with pepper and some seasoning. Then for lunch I had the other half of the bagel and did the same thing. And then for dinner I had breakfast. Eggs in toast, so an egg sandwich. ;) It was kind of gross, but oh well. ;_;

Oh, and around like.. 11.30 I exercised for almost 70 minutes. :)



Sorry I haven’t posted in like a week, I have actually been pretty busy this week with essays and other crap, ugh.

But I’m still doing all my working out, and eating well, I think, with the eating well part lol.

Ooh, and my essay was supposed to be about an “important event” in my life, so I wrote it about my weight loss and other things, so if you guys wanna read it, I’ll totally post it. ;3 But if not then ignore this rofl.

I guess though since I’m here at the moment, I’ll tell you what I’ve had today. For breakfast I had coffee, and cereal with bananas in it. Then for dinner I had a “side” thing that was just in a package. It’s just noodles with vegetables, and it was okay.

I also exercised today, for almost 70 minutes, and tomorrow is weigh day! and I’m gonna exercise tomorrow too, as Friday after school I have to come straight home to go to Portland for the weekend, woo!

This is going to be the tracking of my weight loss journey, as well as my vegetarian one. I feel that maybe if I keep track of my diet it will encourage me to keep going. I do have a formspring, and I will not deny that I do love getting questions / suggestions, whatever else. Knowing I have some sort of support always makes me feel better, and I thank anyone that leaves me any. I do answer everything, even if it's "mean". UPDATE 8.16.10: After much thought and decision, I will no longer be a vegetarian, but a pescetarian. Lately I pretty much always feel lazy/tired, and I thought maybe I was lacking in protein. So I decided to make a healthy decision - and instead of denying myself meat, I would go for fish/seafood instead. I still will not be eating other meats, ie. chicken, pork, beef. I still want to be healthy, and make wise decisions for myself; so please don't be surprised when you see photos with fish.
