breakfast, dinner, ok.
So for breakfast, I had again, 1 egg, 2 slices of toast w/margarine, and 2 ‘sausage’ links. With also a glass of apple juice. For dinner, I had Vegetable Barley soup, 80 calories per serving, so 160 altogether. My day of eating is done. :}

How do you hide your scale from yourself?
Simple, I put it somewhere, where it’s out of site to me. When it’s not staring at me constantly, I don’t feel the urge to want to weigh myself 24/7.

exercise and dinner..
After my being shown around where I’ll be working, I got home and after about ten minutes, decide to do my exercise early. Only a little though, so I rode my bike 3 miles in 30 minutes. I always feel so sore, I need to get, well wish I was more in shape. Anyways, for dinner we had Tofu Parmigiana. I’ve already had it before, and pretty sure I took a picture, so I didn’t tonight....

Just read your day 60 entry. I like your idea of alternating biking and walking, I think I’ll try it when the weather gets better! But for now, in home exercise for me! Hope it goes well.

Do you count calories?
Not really, no. I feel that as long as I eat in moderation, and eat at least about 3 times a day I’m good. I sometimes read the nutrition facts for the calories, but just to make sure it’s not like insanely high on calories. (:

OK LETS SEE. Today I ate: For ‘breakfast’ I had a breakfast burrito with the excess we had from last nights dinner.
Then for dinner I had ravioli shit (only 3 raviolis; yayy), with garlic bread ok. For exercise: I walked 3mph for 60 minutes. :} Tomorrow is bike day. I’m gonna do it off and on so hopefully I don’t hit a plateau.
