So I guess with what I ate today. I didn’t really eat very much.. I don’t think idk.
For ‘breakfast’, I just had toast with almond butter. Later on for dinner since it was so late, I had a sandwich. It has 12 grain bread, mayo (not much), fake lunch meat (salami flavored), tomatoes, alfalfa sprouts, lettuce, and a little bit of cheese, and more fell of when I closed it (of the cheese). The liquid on the side is Silk Chocolate Soy Milk.
A while later I had some tortilla chips and salsa. & I’m going to try really hard to not anymore bread for the evening. (Y)
