So today what I ate.
For my first meal, I just had one of those frozen bean & cheese burrito things. My second meal was one of those bagel things I make. (An everything bagel, with fat free cream cheese, alfalfa sprouts, tomato slices, and a little bit of spices; today I used basil, parsley, and salt & pepper)
Then for dinner I had banana squash mixed with potatoes. I cooked it with some olive oil and peanut oil, and salt & pepper, minced garlic, parsley, basil, anddddd cayenne pepper.
I baked it in the oven at 425 degrees, for 50 minutes. (:
