So what did I eat today..
I was kind of eating random junk all day, and didn’t have a proper ‘meal’ till later in the day. ;_;
I was eating cookies, and potato chips, and a cupcake… fml. But the one semi-healthy thing I ate, is what’s pictured above. It’s just a whole wheat wrap. It has fake chicken (those morning star starters), sauteed onions, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and some light sour cream. So I just say semi-healthy.
Now I’m drinking some hot cocoa, well waiting for it to cool down, and then I’ll drink it, aha.
But anyways, I really need to think about how to eat better, ‘cause I always just eat snacks randomly through the day (though not always cookies & chips -_-)
