Woo pictures pictures. Finally putting some pictures again. :D
So I didn’t eat breakfast this morning because, I didn’t want eggs, and I ran out of my lovely cereal. :(
But for lunch I had a “BLT” wrap; lettuce, tomatoes, and tempeh “bacon” with some taco sauce ‘cause I couldn’t find any sour cream. :( The wrap is wheat. ;)
For dinner I did one of my “lets throw a bunch of crap together” things. It has wheat gluten free pasta, tomatoes, onions, potatoes, garlic, and some Parmesan cheese on top oh and I put some half&half in to make it a little creamy ‘cause I couldn’t find anything good to make it creamy like, creamy cheesy, so ya.
It was okay - but it was a bit too oily, and I kind of overcooked the pasta, blah. The potatoes tasted amazing though, and I’ll always love sauteed onions. ;) Oh I also had coffee for breakfast, andddd I am having PG Tips tea right now. Effing delicious. :D
