Alex. 24. Pescetarian.


Sorry this is a day late, and the above picture looks kind of gross, but oh well k.
So starting from breakfast, what I ate yesterday:
For breakfast, I had my usual coffee and cereal (honey bunches of oats w/almonds with soy milk).
After school, I rode the bus to the grocery store and bought some food. :3 Which was pretty exciting all and all. I think it’s the first time I’ve gone grocery shopping, and no one else was actually even with me.
But anyways - for lunch I had boca brand “chicken” nuggets with some ranch.
Then for dinner I had what’s pictured above. It’s an Amy’s Enchilda Verde, w/ beans and rice. BTW - I may really dislike amy’s ‘cause I used to work there, but their entree frozen dinner things are SOOO effing good, you have no idea. You should try them if you ever see them.

This is going to be the tracking of my weight loss journey, as well as my vegetarian one. I feel that maybe if I keep track of my diet it will encourage me to keep going. I do have a formspring, and I will not deny that I do love getting questions / suggestions, whatever else. Knowing I have some sort of support always makes me feel better, and I thank anyone that leaves me any. I do answer everything, even if it's "mean". So don't worry, ask/say whatever, I'm not going to bite or anything. If you like my blog, you can also recommend me if you'd like. ♥

UPDATE 8.16.10: After much thought and decision, I will no longer be a vegetarian, but a pescetarian. Lately I pretty much always feel lazy/tired, and I thought maybe I was lacking in protein. So I decided to make a healthy decision - and instead of denying myself meat, I would go for fish/seafood instead. I still will not be eating other meats, ie. chicken, pork, beef. I still want to be healthy, and make wise decisions for myself; so please don't be surprised when you see photos with fish.
